1. Service Description

DotBot provides AI-powered sales automation for Facebook Messenger. Our service includes:

• Custom AI development and training for your business
• Complete Facebook Messenger integration
• 24/7 automated customer service and order processing
• Up to 1800+ AI responses per day
• Lifetime license with no monthly fees

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms for DotBot services:

• One-time payment of ৳2,100 (discounted from ৳4,200)
• Payment after service setup
• No hidden fees or monthly subscriptions

3. User Responsibilities

As a DotBot user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business and product information
• Maintain valid Facebook Business Manager access
• Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Messenger policies
• Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology

4. Service Limitations

Please note the following limitations:

• Service depends on Facebook Messenger API availability
• AI responses are generated based on provided training data
• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of AI responses
• Service setup typically takes 24-48 hours
• Technical support provided during business hours

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DotBot for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Promoting illegal products or services
• Harassment or abusive communications
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating other businesses or individuals

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of DotBot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data necessary to provide our AI automation service, including customer conversations and business information.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for breach of terms
• If Facebook discontinues Messenger API access

8. Limitation of Liability

DotBot's liability is limited to the amount paid for our service. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption caused by service downtime or AI response errors.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.
